Venice (Deepwater U.S. Gulf of America)
R&F holds a working interest in the Venice and Lime Rock development in Viosca Knoll Block 956, a producing deepwater oil field. The project is infrastructure-led, with subsea development tied into existing host capacity, supporting a capital-efficient path from discovery to production. The field has approximately 194.24 MMBoe of reserves. Our operating focus includes reliable subsea performance, outage preparedness, and execution discipline that protects production delivery in a complex offshore environment.
Mormont (Deepwater U.S. Gulf of America)
R&F holds a working interest in Mormont and Samurai in Green Canyon Blocks 478 and 432, a producing deepwater oil field supported by hub infrastructure. The development is aligned with a hub-and-tieback model via the King’s Quay floating production system, enabling efficient operations and a scalable approach for future activity. The field has approximately 149.10 MMBoe of reserves. Our priorities are safe execution, high facility uptime, and brownfield optimization that extends field value.
Monument (Deepwater – U.S. Gulf of America)
R&F holds a working interest in the Monument oil discovery in the Walker Ridge lease blocks, targeting first production in late 2026. The initial development concept is a two-well subsea tieback to a third-party floating production system, supporting an efficient path to startup while leveraging existing offshore capacity. Our focus is high-quality subsurface and facilities integration, execution-ready planning, and alignment with the host and operator to deliver first production on schedule.
Eugene (Shallow Water – U.S. Gulf of America)
R&F holds a working interest in the Eugene Island shelf position, including U.S. Federal OCS Blocks EI 064 and MP 061, a producing shallow-water oil field. This is a classic shelf optimization asset where performance improvements can be delivered through well work and facilities execution rather than large new-build projects. The field has approximately 60.60 MMBoe of reserves. Our operating focus is facility reliability and fast-cycle interventions, including workovers and recompletions designed to reduce downtime and improve base production.
Glenturret (Onshore – Marcellus Shale)
R&F Industries has an operated position in Wetzel County, West Virginia through a joint venture with Drilling Appalachian Corp. The asset base has expanded to approximately 20,000 net acres. The program includes nine horizontal Marcellus wells and an integrated midstream buildout through Grenadier Energy Gathering, which constructed approximately 25 miles of gathering lines and a compressor station connecting into what is now Williams’ interstate gathering system.
Howard (Onshore – Permian Basin)
R&F Industries has built and scaled a meaningful position in the Permian in Howard County, Texas. The entry level position included an approximately 7,500 acres and two producing horizontal wells. The company has expanded the footprint to more than 20,000 acres through active leasing and acquisitions. Across a multi-year development program, R&F has drilled 37 horizontal wells targeting the Wolfcamp A, Lower Spraberry, and Wolfcamp B formations and grew production to approximately 12,000 Boe/d.
